Before Your §341 Meeting of Creditors
If Nicole Testa Mehdipour has been appointed as the Chapter 7 Trustee in your case, please review the following requirements carefully. Failure to comply may result in continuance of your meeting or additional action by the Trustee.
Step 1
Submit Required Documents
All required documentation must be provided to the Trustee at least 10 days prior to your scheduled §341 Meeting.
Documents must be uploaded through Trustee Collaborative.
Do not mail or fax documents unless specifically instructed.
Step 2
Provide Identification
You must provide:
1 Photo ID
AND
Proof of Social Security Number
Examples include:
Photo ID
• Driver's license
• Passport
• State ID
Proof of SSN
• Social Security card
• W-2
• Paystub showing full SSN
Step 3
Review Zoom Instructions
All §341 Meetings are conducted via Zoom.
See Your §341 Notice for login information.
Step 4
Attend the Meeting
On the date of your meeting:
• Log in at your assigned time
• Appear on video
• Have your photo ID available
• Be in a quiet location
Only the debtor and attorney should appear on the Zoom meeting.
Step 5
Have Your Bankruptcy Documents Available
You should have access to:
• Your bankruptcy petition
• Your schedules
• Your financial information
