Nicole Testa Mehdipour is the founder of the Law Office of Nicole Testa Mehdipour, P.A., a South Florida–based firm founded in 2009, that focuses on bankruptcy, insolvency, financial restructuring, and fiduciary matters. Ms. Mehdipour represents individuals, businesses, creditors, trustees, and other parties in complex bankruptcy proceedings and distressed financial situations.
Ms. Mehdipour has represented debtors, business debtors, bankruptcy trustees, lenders, landlords, and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. Her experience spans a wide range of industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, telecommunications, entertainment, luxury cars, information technology, aviation, real estate, and pharmaceuticals.
Ms. Mehdipour has experience litigating bankruptcy matters, including discharge and nondischargeability actions, fraudulent transfer and preference litigation, asset recovery, and other contested matters arising in bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Mehdipour serves as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee and Chapter 11 Trustee in the Southern District of Florida. In addition to administering bankruptcy estates, she has represented Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees in numerous bankruptcy cases.
Ms. Mehdipour has also served as an assignee in assignments for the benefit of creditors, providing fiduciary oversight and administration in insolvency proceedings.
