Location of §341 Meetings

Effective October 1, 2023, all §341 Meetings conducted by Trustee Nicole Testa Mehdipour are held via the Zoom platform.

The Notice of Commencement issued by the Bankruptcy Court will include the Zoom login information and meeting time.

Important Appearance Requirements

Debtors must:

• Appear on video
• Provide valid photo identification and proof of Social Security number in advance
• Be located in a quiet area
• Log in at the exact scheduled time and hold until your case and case number are called.

Only the debtor and debtor’s attorney should appear on the Zoom meeting.

Recording

The §341 Meeting will be recorded by the Trustee as required.
All other recordings are strictly prohibited.

Documents

All required documentation must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting.

Documents must be uploaded through Trustee Collaborative.
