Before Your §341 Meeting

All debtors must complete the following steps before their meeting:

• Submit required documents to the Trustee
• Provide photo identification and proof of Social Security number
• Review Zoom meeting instructions
• Appear on video at the scheduled time

Important

All required documentation must be submitted no later than 10 days before the scheduled §341 Meeting of Creditors.

Failure to provide required documents may result in a continuance of the meeting or other action as permitted by the Bankruptcy Code.
